John, I have attached my settings in pins/ports in Mach3.  Everything will jog except the A Axis (set on Home and End keys).  I thought it was the motor but moved it to another axis and it works.  Both the Stepper Driver and Power Supply work on other axis.  All Drivers, Power Supplies and Motors work.  What do you think?
