Can any one help me on how to post a screen shot of a problem I have

It's pretty easy.  when you have the screen on your monitor, press the "print screen" button on your keyboard.  What it does is send the desktp pic to your clipboard.  Next open up paint and go to edit at the top of the page.  Select paste and it will be put on your screen as an image.  Just save it as whatever you want and post in the message using the attach button inder "additional options".  Hope that helps.

 This I do know But how do I make the screen shot show up in the supports forums as a picture

If you click on teh advanced options when you go to post a topic it will allow you to attach a image.  Just save it as a *.jpg and post it that way.
