Hi all

I'm looking for some one who can help me to convert an mach4 macro to mach3 macro to home ane measure  BC and tool length and also set up all offsets for BCZ axis .

I recently get and 5axismaker  5XM1000  but controller is a PLCM E3B  witch can work with mach3 or PUMOTIX (manufacturer of the controller )  and I already asked 5axismaker and artsoft to convert that script but both are not willing to help with that matter, unfortunately.

I'm hoping that some one here can help me with this task as this will make use of that machine much more easy and comfortable.

Is here any one who can help me with making this script for mach3 software ?



 

M3 and M4 scripts are written in different languages and really only the program logic would carry across.  However there are many M3 scripts to do this sort if thing and thay would probably be a better starting point.

Will you be so kind and guide me to a scripts that will calculate a proper position of B and C axis  like on the link I've provided ?

I don't know what you mean by B and C axes, but it sounds like you need a 5 axis tool setting macro for mach4.  There are loads of tool setting macros around for M3 and I'm sure also for Mach 4.  Whether they handle B & C axes too I haven't a clue.  Searching on this forum will turn up many 3 axis M3 macros which might provide a basis.  I'm afraid I don't have the time to search or modify any of them, but it isn't that hard.
