FYI, At this time (Dec 2023), the WiXHC driver download page for their USB Mach4 card at  https://www.cdxhctech.com/html/edownloads/view_427.html downloads the driver as a zip file. It's not a zip file...it's an rar file, and you can't unzip it. You need to change the name before attempting to decompress to use the .rar extension. Then, most unzip software, including the default decompress software on Windows 11 File Explorer will decompress it without error.
