I purchased Mach4 from Automation Technology Inc, August 20, 2018. I still have the invoice. With my recent problem reinstating license they (AT) tell me they have no record of my purchase. I took them 2 weeks to get back to me with that information. In the mean time, I discover I can self manage my license on the machsupport.com form. So I sent AT an email requesting them too transfer my license info over here. A week later they respond with

Seems too me all that is needed is a copy of my invoice to complete the transfer???
