Hello, need some help from you. Have a CSMIO IPS and Mach3. I'm building a tool magazine with 10 tools.
Since I don't want to lose any space on the machine table, the magazine is moved pneumatically through a solenoid valve to the spindle (approx. 200mm). Only then can the actual tool change take place. I built the milling machine myself, mechanics and electrics installed everything myself, it has been running really great for 2 years, but when it comes to macros then I'm out and really need some advice on how to go for it!

Hallo, brauche mal Hilfe von euch. Habe eine CSMIO IPS und Mach3. Baue gerade ein Werkzeugmagazin mit 10 Werkzeugen.
Da ich auf dem Maschinentisch keinen Platz verlieren will, wird das Magazin pneumatisch durch ein Magnetventil zur Spindel gefahren (ca. 200mm). Dann kann der eigentliche Werkzeugwechsel erst stattfinden. Ich habe die Fräsmaschine selbst gebaut, Mechanik und Elektrik auch alles selbst installiert, sie läuft auch seit 2 Jahren echt super, aber wenn es um Makros geht dann bin ich raus und brauche hier wirklich mal einen Rat wie man da ran geht!
