HELP!  I can not get the Properties Dialog to appear on the screen.  Is there a key sequence that will force it to the top or center of the screen.  Full disclosure; I have designed a vertical(Portrait) screen; on a horizontal(landscape) PC' had no issues with the screen showing.  I need to do some fine tuning on the actual machine(portrait); but the properties Dialog can not be found anywhere.  Alt-Tab does not show the window, it is not outside the active screen window...
