during the last few steps the x axis shifts upwards

When I made an order for 6 inscriptions it went smoothly, but when the last 1 was less the x-axis shifted upwards
what makes this error?
Do you think running other applications that are quite heavy on the CPU will affect it?

You should not be running any other applications at the same time as Mach3 is running.
Mach3 is old, relies on Windows interupts and it was never intended to operate under multi-tasking rules.
