Mach 3 Issues

Hey guys. New to the forum and hoping someone can help me out. Have a 60x120 router table we use for custom cabinetry…

G code calls for m06 and in general configurations we have ignore tool change.  Wait for cycle start. We do this because we don’t have the auto tool changer on the table.  The problem is, it’s not ignoring it, and continues to break bits every time we don’t use “feed pause” and pull the bits.

In the MCT tool changer I have tried moving the offsets up to 5.00 it doesn’t work

When we rebuilt the table we set the new z0.0 and saved fixture. It still is coming to low during the top change even though it should be ignoring it and waiting for Cycle start.

I do have to enter 0-enter-tool number- enter-cycle start and all cuts and commands are correct except returning the router head to tool positions when it should be ignoring and waiting for cycle start like I have in the general configuration settings.

Sorry if this is a bad explanation.  Again. Thanks for the help!

In general config lower right hand side of page do you have :-

Tool selections persistent on
Optional offset save on
Persistent offset on
Persistent DRO's on
