no matter what i set the feed rate at it always races thru.  the only way i have been able to control is with the "remote". is there a way to reset the feed rate?

It could be the feed rate is wrong or the program has no G01 line or the remote is sending bum data or you are running Inch with a MM program (25.4 times faster feeds) or 1 of many more.

  thanks for the help. I found out i found the restore window and used that. i did compare all the settings to the program on my laptop and everything worked on it. couldn't find any differences in either program in settings, or anywhere else. back door fix, and I didn't really learn how to undo it but i do think it's the remote so i won't be using that until i learn more about it. thank you for the tips on the g code i will definitely be checking that out.
