Can Mach3 run without a keyboard, monitor, and mouse
with standalone computer?
Just hit start button and repeat program?
Thanks for any advise!

Since the start button is a softkey, no! But if you had some additional hardware for a button etc then yes, but why would you bother?

Just thinking about using my mkm to get more
design stuff done while Mach3 is running.
Space is tight on bench and i have a splitter
for my mkm.
Thanks for the reply!

I wouldn't like to run anything else on the PC whilst Mach3 was running.

Space is limited so I have two computers and
one MKM. I don't / won't run anything else on
Mach3 computer. Just thinking outside the box.
Thanks for the replies.

If the computers are networked you might use a virtual terminal program on the one you use for design to provide a remote desktop for the other running Mach3. RealVNC I think is freeware. I have no idea if this would be compatible with running Mach 3 as well.
