I have been running our CNC Router with no problems up until this week. Now when we use it, the Art Code 9991 error comes up, asks us to retry, it doesn't, then it will shut down. It does not matter with what code, new or old, it gives us the error. I did some internet searching and I have done just about everything. Removing plugins, reinstalling, updating the computer, using another computer, and so on. The error still is there. Is there a glitch in the software? I have the latest version and it is a licensed version I downloaded from your site. Please advise on what to do. Even a phone conversation will be welcome. Just let me know when a good time will be.
