Mach 3 losing g54-g59
« on: November 17, 2022, 11:09:56 AM »
Good day I have a Acctek AKM6090 milling machine with Mach 3,

Everything works fine it moves, cuts and homes but... it keeps losing its g54-g59 work coordinates both while cutting and when switched off and on(Yes I do save fixture when closing Mach 3) and its not a few mm, it will end up practically cutting on the other side of the table. I first though it was an error in my program but when I came back to G55 X0.0 Y0.0(I have tried all of the work coordinates) it is far from where I set it and it is random, never the same amount or direction and it is always all 3 axis. I have no clue what the issue is.

I am cutting Polystyrene with feed 4000mm/min and 12000rpm

I once had this and the solution for me was to have a G54 at the end of every program just before the M30

Are you running the licence file that came with the machine?
