Help mazh4 z-axis act-up

Help mach4 z-axis direction are correct up&down but then after jogging non-stop up&down for 3-5mins, it start moving down only even I scroll up.... doesn't any body have this problem 😕 🤔.
I have to restart mach4 the it back to normal but then again jogging non-stop it start to act up.

Richard Gonzalez all wired correctly and it moving correctly up and down direction. Here is the problem It act up when I jogging fast up&down for over 3 minutes then it only move down even I scroll up and down again only move down...

Is the Z axis homed when you do this?

Then you got me. Is it a stepper losing steps with the rapid back and forth or something, eventually catching up with soft limits?

Not sure step lose. Sometimes I let machine sitting for awhile, come back jogging z-axis up&down it only move 1direction down. Then restart machine. It went back to normal.

I recheck the step driver and I saw idle percent at 80%. I change it down to 40% for z-axis. Jogging for 20mins seems up&down normal now. Why is that🤔

how do you jog? by mouse or by keyboard? or by remote?
in any case if use mouse or keyboard my first suggest its not use wireless(i know now several will said we use...., and...)but as my experience
with more then 30 machines with
 mach4,wireless mouse and keyboard in some ceases give unexpected behavior
