Mach4 and the PMC problem.
« on: August 11, 2022, 01:11:42 PM »
I configure and do tests with Mach4 (demo ver. 4.2.0.4898) and with ESS C25XP (plugin 279). I run Mach on a Win10 PC. I need a software modification for my machine. I do not know how to program in LUA. Therefore, it is a must to use PMC. I'm having a problem with random ENABLE output dropouts on the ESS card. After inserting a block from PMC into the Edit Screen and starting Mach4, the described outages occur. Sometimes immediately or sometimes after a few minutes after activating Mach4. The failure is not reported as an error and it does not matter if the Mach is in idle mode or is processing an NC program. It also does not matter what is written in the PMC. For example, only one primitive line is enough (see attachment). When I remove "PMC Objects" from the "Edit Screen", the Enable dropouts go away and Mach behaves OK. I don't know where I'm doing wrong, advise. I am sorry for my bad English.
