My machine progressively cuts deer as it continues through the files. starts out fine but ends up deer at the end. I made sure everything was level and I also ran a program to level the spoil board. To give you an example i would create a file in carveco cutting an 7.5" circle and offset it to the inside 1/2". The file would start cutting on the very inside circle and cut each circle outwards. each circle it cut would progressively get deeper. I also did the same with a square file with the same results. Any suggestions???

 Is you bit sliding out of the collet?
