Motor tuning settings
« on: June 02, 2022, 02:22:49 AM »
I'm new to March3, have used GRBL shield on Arduino before on a home built CNC machine.

Now I'm trying to set up my machine using a USB March3 controller card under Windows 7.
My lead screw have 4 start, one revolution is 8mm, diameter is 8mm.
My motors are (23HS7628) Nema23, 19 kg-cm (267 oz-in), drivers DM542S (microsteps is set to 800)
Mainly Cutting birch plywood.

Anyone who could suggest motor tuning settings for my setup ?
I have calibrated my machine with 100 steps pr. mm for all the axis.

Use th same settings that you had in GRBL
Make no mistake between my personality and my attitude.
My personality is who I am.
My attitude depends on who you are.
