Mach4 license Debug Report

I have downloaded a new licence for a computer I am trying on my cnc and I loaded it complete with a message of LICENCE LOADED SUCCESFULLY and now I am getting a debut error and it will not go away. Now I cannot even open the software no matter what I do. Has anyone seen this??

This doesn't LOOK like a license issue, but seems like a crash for some reason. Try installing fresh and see what happens.

I'd submit a support ticket for this, I guess.

Hi Tom,
Thanks for your reply. I deleted the entire file and finally got it to work. Very odd as I had to do this 3 times. Not sure if the DAT file wasn't loading correctly or what but I did finally get it. Some of these things are frustrating to say the least. I also had to create a new license so I assume they have made a change recently. I wonder if you are now limited on how many computers you can use.
