I can't seem to figure out how to home my machine but I've got to be doing something wrong. Been searching for a couple of weeks. If I understand it correctly, you are supposed to move the head to the zero position found using limit switches, then zero it out. Then when I start something new, I'm supposed to hit REF ALL HOME and the machine homes itself by moving to the zero position. All I get is that it rezeroes at the current position without moving. It will not home itself. I've tried many things without success. Switch bounce, clean XML file - nothing. Am I misunderstanding the process? How am I supposed to home it? Is there another button? BTW, if I do G28.1 X2, it will go to the zero position.
