Mach3 all axis motors are dead
« on: February 20, 2022, 05:56:59 PM »
Hi all,

For the first time I let somebody use my CNC unattended and when I went to use it...........all the axis motors are dead!  It is a Axyz 4008 with a Mach3 conversion.  Everything else is working on the CNC, breakout board LEDS illuminate when jogging, spindle is fine, limit switches registered within Mach3.  When I jog the motors I get zero movement, ref all home produces nothing but Mach3 'thinks' the gantry is moving.  The individual power supplies to each axis motor have LEDS on them but they are NOT illuminated.  I am convinced I have a power distribution issue but I cannot see anything obvious.  Is there anything in Mach3 that could produce this effect.  Perhaps a keyboard shortcut accidently pressed??  Or maybe a on Mach3 itself?

Kind Regards

Kev
