This is on a generic home built router without any limit switches.  I must admit that I don't use the unit very much. 
But it worked fine that last time I used it.
And then I replaced the monitor....
Mach3 Version 3 Windows 7
Can't seem to get the Z axis to zero at the table.  If I bring the head up, I get postive numbers in the DRO.


Any thoughts? Any thoughts, even if they aren't about this issue would be greatly appreciated! ::)

That's what I would consider normal. If you zero the z axis at the work surface then any negative number represents a depth of cut
whereas a positive number indicates clearance above the work surface.
