Remove or delete or prevent all z-axis commands in g code

Guys,
I have a CrossFire 2-axis cnc plasma machine.  No z-axis.  LazyCam produces g code with z-axis movement commands which add substantially to the runtime.  Newb here.  How do I prevent LazyCam from producing z-axis g code?
