Hi there, I need your help please!! I have a CNC 4'x8' table that bought 5 years ago... it is running with Mach3 and UC100 and break board MX4660.
Here is my problem... As I mentioned before it was working great for 5 years... till Last Wednesday, I moved the table from one corner to another in the same room, but when moving it, the dolly we were using collapsed, so it drops, it was about 6" lifted from the floor.
The next day I plugged the PC turn on the CNC and everything looks "normal", I run mach3, I have green and blue LED lights on and steady on the UC100,... but the table doesn't move at all... I can't move the axis by hand so I'm assuming motors had power... when I press the arrows and PgUp and PgDown the axis on the screen of Mach3 moves,. I also run the last code of G-code I used the day before I move the CNC table, the Mach3 display also moves... but not the table axis.
I need your help!! I have a lot of cuts to do for a client. I am guessing is not a software issue as it was working fine... The PC is not connected to the internet, eliminating the possible issue with a software update,... I ordered a new UC100 thinking that it might be the issue (I will receive it by Wednesday), but again,.. green and blue LED are on and steady, but not sure if even that if the lights are on in the UC100 it might stop communicating with the break board.... any suggestion what to check or what to do? Thank you in advance!!!
