when i try load programs more then 50m i got this messege:
"unexpected exeption has occured :bad allocation ,the program will terminate"
i look in mach i didnt see any limit of file size  ,shure not 50M its not so big

50 million lines is not that much ... I have made hundreds of thousands of parts and not needs a file that big. I have to know what takes a file that big?  If your going to need files that large you will need to make sure you have memory enough.  Please tell me a bit more so we can figure it out.

not 50 million lines,3 million lines cant load,only if i disable the screen
i use dell i7 with EMD Radeon 610 screen adapter ,not gaimer  but sure not old style
when i mark"disable VBO tool path" its help little bit but also crash with program with 3 million lines
is there way to stay with the screen with large files?

50M file can load when mark thw disable vbo but 100M cant load any case only if i hide the screen

Have a look in the Mach4 directory at the displayfile.dat I think it is. How big is that file? The issue is one line requires much more data. We may need to kill the toolpath?

I am out moving snow taking a break   I will look when I get to my desk. I may need your file to test because I don’t have any files that big. I also don’t have any tools to make them that big .

Sounds like OpenGL can’t do it we will see..
