The newest Rev of mach 3 has it in it :) and under File in mache 3  you should be able to load it

the revisions change so often I am lost is the latest rev 1.04? and what is D 1.90.020? is that a release or something else?

Mach3 Dev. Version 1.90.025  will install Lcam on your system...
