Copying Screens

How do you copy a screen built on one computer to another computer? I built my screen on my desktop computer but when I go to copy it on to a thumbdrive to take to my CNC computer I get an error. TIA

Hi

what is your error message? Could it be, you have mach3 running, when you try to copy?

No, sir, Mach3 is not running. The "screen.set" file copies to the clipboard but when I try to paste it in the thumbdrive I get this error:

what happens if you answer with "Skip"?

The property files hold additonal information for MachScreen (Framesizes and Lockbits).

Well, Klaus, I finally gave up trying to copy my screens from one computer to another. I loaded MachScreen on my CNC computer and just made the changes again on that computer. Thanks for trying to help me out.

of course, I respect your decision. It would be helpful for me to get some more information to investigate this issue.

What operating system are you using?
What app did you use to copy?
What was your target folder on the second machine?
What happened, when you answered the message box with "Skip"?
Did you try MachScreen’s "Project Export" option?
