POKEYS57E THREADING ISSUES
«

So I have been battling threading problems for a while now .Original had a AC servo motor driving my spindle in step and direction . After much work I was told that Pokeys dose not support threading in step and direction and that I should re-wire my drive to run analog .Which I did now the machine will follow a lead, problem being the pitch is way off .I also cannot program in inch per rev. My z axis is calibrated .I checked last night a 3 inch move was 5 tenths out and the machines DRO was 3.00 .So if my z axis moves correctly why is my thread lead off ? Some one help please .
