If you are meaning that at present you need to press the shift key to get full speed but that you dont want to have to press it, then sounds like you have the slow jog rate set. Press the Tab key and put 100% in the Slow Jog Rate DRO, this will then mean when you jog it is full rapid.
If I misunderstood your question please elaborate.

I don't want to get full jog speed. My problem is that I have set slow jog rate & if keyboard's shift key pressed down and locking it down intermittently then unnecessarily jog rate goes to full speed that I don't want. So I want to remove this shift key assigned to jog speed override. Can I do this? How?

I think you will have to ask Art or Brian if its possible as I would imagine that will be in the Mach code.
