Hi every one
I have just got my shuttle pro and I need help I know how to set buttons but I can't get her to jog with the outer ring I can do step movements with the inner ring but no luck with the jog   Any help would be appreciated      klmark 

I think it is a version issue.

If you are using the latest version of Mach then redownload the plugin.

If an older version then you might need an older version of plugin.

I installed the latest version of plugin (with Mach 2.4) and the outer ring would not work

so I reverted to an older plugin and Hey Presto all working.
