Installing Mach4 Industrial

Hi Guys , I just tried installing Mach4 Industrial and got this message on startup. Any ideas where to find a copy of this DLL ?

It sounds like you have a file missing because you have not done a Windows update in a while.

You may need to run the vcredist executable that applies to your PC. Mach4 is compiled with VS2017

 Well it seems more than that dll is missing. I do not think M4 will install on this machine as it is still running XP pro SP3.
