Jogging works fine, but X& Y axis linked when using MDI
« on: September 07, 2019, 02:18:16 PM »
Hello,
There have been many bugs, but this one is new today.

When I jog, everything works fine. When I enter Y1 from (0.000,0.000), machine goes to (-.4396,1). I ran it again and it ends up at (-.4318,1.0000).

When I enter X1, machine goes form (0,0) to (0,.024).

Why are X and Y linked?
Thanks,
Chris

Good guess, but no, that did not fix it. Also, moving Y through MDI moves x value even when X axis is disabled, and X motor is disconnected.
I'm using a Gecko 540 board, and UC100 USB to parallel port adapter.
