The Laser manual is not clear if the ON/OFF signal is active High or active Low.

Assuming the laser is connected by the 15 pin D-Sub connector then, using a voltmeter measure the voltage on Pin 13 (with respect to GND Pin 10).  Is it High (5Volt) when the laser is ON and Low (0Volts) when the laser is OFF ?

Sad to say but yes, I think that would be the easiest solution.

had a quick look to the UC100 manual Appendix A. : New functions and bug fixes:
it should Support M10/M11.

but don't know wether it is working
anything is possible, just try to do it.
if you find some mistakes, in my bad bavarian english, they are yours.

Yes, I saw this but I think is only compatible with UCCNC because in Mach3 doesn't works 😭

never used it, but M10P1 means Switch Output 1 ON, and to what (ports&pins) is your Output#1 assigned.

for the Moment you use M3/M5 to turn laser ON/OFF?

what is your output configuration Config -> Ports&Pins -> Spindle Setup -> Relay Control ?

are you using are original UC100 or a chinese clone?
anything is possible, just try to do it.

sorry missed that you posted your Profile.

you are Controlling your laser via Spindle Motor control step Signal (chankspindle/chankspindleoutput).

output1 is assigned to pin0 (chankoutputs), so M10P1/M11P1 can not work (should be pin17)

anything is possible, just try to do it.
