Hi Again
with some guidance from a very helpful guy on here i managed to configure my home switches that was until i allowed the y axis which is controlled by 2 stepper motors one controlled by a slave axis "A" to travel in a negative direction to the switches . Mmmm  don't think  so 
 The slave axis has a mind of its own at this stage . I guess im trying to figure out here how to get the slave axis "A" to run in sync with "Y" to the home position.
Iv'e checked the motor tuning and all is well, i didn't really expect any different as the machine runs a dream when running code .
Any help may just give me a good nights sleep
