Mach3 on Windows 10 Pro
« on: November 28, 2018, 11:34:18 AM »
I know this has been covered before, BUT since Search has been disabled here we go.

Using Mach3 with Warp 9  ESS just fine on Windows 7 Pro laptop a Lenovo but would like to free up that computer for another rask. I have a Dell Latitude E5510 with Windows 10 Pro 64 bit I would like to use instead. Before I waste my time, Is this an option?    Running a 4x4 ft router table.

Yes I have been running CNC on my cinfigured laptops for years, not Win 10 however.

It works fine, but you must use the current version available for download. Other versions won't run on the latest Windows 10.

But Warp 9 ESS  wants a certain version of Mach , so I guess it will be trial and error.  I do know Corel Draw x6 loads and seems to work fine. Thanks Gerry.

It's the same version that Warp9 recommends, but with a patch to work in Windows 10.
CNC Router Parts created the patch, and they use the ESS in their systems.
