Has anyone used the font engrave wizard in mach 4?
I need to know how to set font / type spaceing to engrave properly. Any help would be great.

No, your topic was moved to appropriate area: Mach4 General Discussion.
The area: MachGeneral Discussion is mainly for Mach3, when Mach 4 was not even in diapers :) (look at the dates of first posts in these areas).
Anyway you are welcome to the forum.

I watched the utube link and i have watched it several times previously to see if i was missing something. The issue i have is the auto calculator for font size always sets the font just overlaping each letter slightly no matter how big or small i set it.

I am using the straight line font provided

How can change this letter spacing?

Ken

A quick question

Have you actually cut the result of the wizard into actual material or are you just looking at the simulation/or wizard screen output

It could be if it’s the screen you are seeing this is a graphic problem rather than a cutting problem

If you have cut this output and it’s wrong then disregard my comments

Hello Stuart,

The screen display looks fine, its the actual cut that laps, touches etc, they cut into the edge of the previous letter. There must be something i am not doing or doing wrong!!!
