Accurate when jogging, not accurate when cutting?
« on: June 18, 2018, 04:19:36 PM »
Hey Everyone,

I have exhausted my google ability trying to figure out whats wrong with my machine so forgive me if it is an easy fix!

I'm finishing up construction of a simple CNC table for cutting sheet material and everything has gone fairly well, the problem is when I jog the machine, or manually input a movement for say 100mm it is extremely accurate.
But when I output my toolpaths from Cut2D my cut is off exactly 1mm on x, and 1.4mm on y.

I have checked everything ten times, and I've used two different versions of Cut2D on two different computers, and also Aspire 8 and I still get the same inaccuracies.

Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks a million

Config -> General Config

Motion Mode
Constant Velocity ?
Exact Stop ?
anything is possible, just try to do it.
if you find some mistakes, in my bad bavarian english,they are yours.
