Text in dxf into LazyCam
« on: July 15, 2007, 03:29:39 PM »
I am currently using AutoCad 2006, and want to make a front panel for my newest machine, but when I am going to import the dxf file in Lazy Cam it want show the text.

This is beacuse (I think) the text is not drawn as lines...am I correct?

I know earlier versions of AutoCad like AutoCad9 had this function, but cant find it in 2006 version.

Does anyone know how to write in a dxf file, or have any software to make this happen?

If you installed the Express tools (included with AutoCAD, but optional to install), Use text explode under the express menu.
