Probing
« on: March 17, 2018, 11:23:16 PM »
Hello,

I am a newbie and I am trying to set up a 3 axis probe. I am using a Bit Sensor breakout board. I can not get the probe work. I have tried using all the inputs and all the pins but still nothing. I can not get a picture of the board, but I do have a link that shows the board ( https://gd3.alicdn.com/imgextra/i2/1/TB1gZBOGp*********XX8Xp***************************X_!!1-item_pic.gif_400x400.jpg ).
If you could can you tell me the settings in mach3 and where on the board I connect.

Thank You,
Dennis Killian

Hi,
do you have a manual for the board? Looks like a USB to single port device in which case you probably
only have five separate inputs. You are likely to need one for an Estop, one for limits, who knows how many
you want for homes...as you can see having one input spare for a probe is going to be tough and three separate
probe inputs plain out of reach.

What does the vendor say?
