Hi Tweakie,

Thank you, is Auggie difficult to configure and is it compatible with diode lasers? I am using this laser from Opt Lasers https://optlasers.com/kits-and-adapters/plh3d-6w-xf-universal-kit-for-cnc-machines

You have chosen a very nice laser with excellent documentation.

Auggie is suitable for diode laser operation but you would have to take a look and judge for yourself.
Initially, understanding something new is difficult for me but once mastered, when looking back, it all seems so simple.
If it's any help, my initial adventures with Auggie are here;  http://gearotic.com/ESW/FavIcons/index.php?topic=1785.0

Awesome, what kind of laser did you use? Diode or CO2 on our Auggie Adventure...lol. ?? Thank you for the advise.

Hi Sybie,

I was using a CO2 laser for most of the tests and an impact electromagnet for some other tests.
