Invalid Bootloader Signature

I had a power outage yesterday and I cant seem to figure out why I get this ESS has an invalid bootlegger signature response. I have reinstalled mach3 went through every process known to man that I have come across and I can not for the life of me figure out what the ********* is going on. ANY and ALL help would be very appreciated. I just dont know where to go from here! ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

Although I have never seen that particular error message if you have a corrupt .xml that could possibly be the problem.

Use; Operator / Restore Settings to install a backup .xml from a date before the problems began.
