Reverse the direction of your rotary axis maybe?

Tried that (actually tried that on x,y,z,& a)

A little more info about this. I used Fusion 360 to draw the logo up & write the g-code. the simulation in Fusion 360 looks perfect & the way it should be, but when I pull the g-code into Mach3 the tool path is backwards to what it should be. I have not actually tried to cut the logo yet though, but I assume it will be backwards also since it is on the tool path of Mach3. I have been banging my head on this for a few weeks now to bull headed to give up, but I nothing I have tried or researched on You Tube has gave me the answer to this now very frustrating dilemma. I still have some hair left & am trying to keep from pulling it out.   ??? >:( :P

I would think that either one or more of your axis are backwards, or your setup in fusion is different than your machine.

Every instance I've ever seen of machines cutting backwards, has been do to the machine being setup with the axis moving in the wrong direction.

I agree Gerry, everything I have read says to reverse direction of the axis. I have tried that though & regenerated the tool path & it still displays the same results. It maybe something in Fusion 360 that is different, but I have researched answers there too & have came up with the same issue. May have to just resort back to my old Gorton P 1-2 pantograph if I figure this out.

Can you post a picture of what you see in Fusion, and what you are seeing in Mach3?

See if this shows you what I have going on. It actually looks as if the arch of the wrapping is backwards. if the arch wash the other direction, then it would be correct. But I'm not sure why it is even arched  backwards, it is fine in fusion 360.

I have never tried this on my machine and I do not use Fuson 360, but rotations are usually the result of two axes being reversed not just one. Mathmatically to do a rotation of a coordinate frame you must transform two axes.   Also when one tries more than two at a time it is always confusing.    Looking at your figures I would suggest that these two are z and x.  Clearly the Mach map shows the z lift position to be inside the cue body and the withdraw lines head toward the center point of the arc!  Likewise, the letters are coming in reverse order and are flipped along the y-a plane, so that implies the x axis is reverse as well.  In the image, it appears that "a" and "y" are correct.

Good luck.

In Fusion pic Z+ is up, X+ is away, Y+ is to the left.

In Mach3, typ setup would be Z+ is up, X+ would be to the right, Y+is away.
Or normaly all the axes move in a positive direction from the origin.

Now in Mach's graphics screen, rotate the view such that the Z+is up, Y is away,
X+ is to the right. Compare to what you have in Fusion pic.

Suggest you get the WCS system of Fusion and how it is portrayed understood,
model the part correctly such that both Fusion WCS and your Mach setup agree.
