I'm receiving this error message when trying to load a 410KB program into Mach 3


Thu - 14:14:01 ---ERROR: Connection to HiCON lost...
Thu - 14:14:02 ---HiCON: Plugin: 1.36.7, Board: 7752, FW 2.29, Serial DA29DD, FPGA: 8ACE, IP 192.168.0.35

Then it kicks the rest and i have to re-home all axis

any ideas?
