Mach 3 and gwizard editor
« on: May 10, 2017, 02:17:45 PM »
I am looking at gwizard editor and when I load gcode I get an error " spindle not spinning "

My spindle is manually controlled and I don't know where change or how to correct problem.

Will not let me load to Mach3

Any suggestions

There are three M codes for the spindle.
M3/4 turns on the spindle cw / ccw
M5 turns the spindle off

Try just adding  M3 or M4 to the gcode and see if that works.
Know nothing about the  UC100 so may want to read the manual about turning the spindle on / off even though
you are doing it manually.

What's giving you the error? G Wizard?
If so, there must be setting in G Wizard to disable that warning.
