Installation error Message

I installed Mach3 on my Dell Latitude laptop. when I try to run it, I get the blue screen of death and the message: mach3.sys - address fdb9979f base at fdb97000, datestamp 4da33710   Does anyone know what the problem is?

Which OS is the laptop running ?
Is it running a 32 bit or 64 bit OS ?
