Machine random estops

Hi everyone. Can anyone tell me why my machine has random estops, when i reset my dro s move but my axis don't. I just had my whole complete system rewired, a new c11 board and all the fixens. Can anyone make any sugestions PLEASE I NEED HELP.

Hi Kevin,
Can you tell us more about your set-up...
Version of Windows ?
Version of Mach3 ?
Parallel port or Motion controller ?
Steppers or Servo's ?
Motor drivers (make and model) ?
A few pictures of your CNC set-up would also be good.
