Hi all,

Has anybody successfully used Mach 3 to drive the Sherline Milling Machine? Able to share with me the configuration file? The XML file I downloaded off from ftp.machsupport.com/XMLs seem to have wrongly configured motor outputs and it is causing my machine to behave really strange.

Effectively, this config do not work at all. did you find one?

No I haven't been able to find one, but I did go through the configuration and unchecked the active-low options on the stepper motors and they are no longer crazy. It took me two weeks to isolate the issue and troubleshoot it. Along the way I've dismantled the machine many times to check and then reassemble but clearly the problems were still there. It was a nasty experience.

i have a working one for the UC100 who came from my cnc vendor.
I am still setting up the detail but the servo movement are fine.

sure, when you have one working fine send it my way, because I have no idea what else are configured wrongly...
