Having issues ..  I just reinstalled mach 3 and upgraded to windows 7 - 64bit and added ESS . But watchdog keeps triggering  the e-stop  . everything has been configured and reconfigured over and over by myself and 2 other computer guys and still we cant seem to find the issue or issues, maybe its just in need of a fresh set of eyes to see what were missing..  please Help .

what I have found for the ESTOP is to lower the kernel speed and the motor freq.
Up the watch dog to 3.1

All of these are in the ESS plug in.

I applied your recommendation and followed the ESS getting started artical and it now works for the first time in 4 days...There is life after death lol...
