Wiki vandalism outbreak

I am afraid we have had a bout of vandalism in the Wikis.

If the information you expected has vanished then by logging in and looking at the history you should be able to revert to a version that it OK.

Appropriate steps, including some IP address backtracking, may lead to the perpatrator(s) who should expect an unpleasant experience.

Sheer chance actually. I was looking up a VB call and they were all gone.

Anyway to have people log in before modifying or adding content?

You do have to login to edit but it is, intentionally, easy to become a user and difficult to go and put a brick through the window of someone who has been malicious - that is life however.

Recent research shows that in UK the average haul by a shoplifter is £180 and the average fine of those who are caught is £80. Make paying at the till a rather foolish way of behaving.

Mad world or what?....
