my cnc is already works on mach2 on my computer but when i change the pc to another it doesn't work for the same config.
so  i think that the problem is in bios config. for the parallel port so i make it exactly like that one who works put still not working.
so i reverse , i mean i begin to change the bios  config. for parallel port on the pc which cnc was already work on it, i find that it works for all parallel port configuration . so i don't know what is the problem.

thanks anyway guys i have solved the problem.
it was the volt on parallel port is 3.3 v and the driver needs 5v.
so i connect the driver with 3.3 volt instead of 5v from the power supply so it works
