Why did my keyboard manual control stop working?

Why did my keyboard manual control stop working?
It worked fine for a few weeks, then suddenly it is gone.
The key numbers are still saved and I even re-input all of them, with no luck.
Any ideas?

Have you turned off "Jog ON/OFF" ? (main screen lower centre)
